The Group is administered by a Faculty Executive Committee representing those involved in AS&T. The Group admits students, provides guidance and approval of an individual program of study, administers examinations reflecting the special nature of AS&T, and recommends granting of degrees. Each student has a graduate advisor who assists in developing an appropriate program of study. Administrative support is provided by the College of Engineering Office of Interdisciplinary Studies in 230 Bechtel Engineering Center.
