What is the best year of school?

Brendan Till, ME freshman
I think it is probably freshman year because you get to meet new people
and adjust to the novelty of living on your own. Its great to
finally be independent and get away from your parents.

Seulkee
Lee, CEE Ph.D. candidate
The first year of your Ph.D. program is the best because it is new and
exciting and you get to build on what you learned as an undergraduate.
It was also my first year in America.

Kofi Inkabi,
CEE Ph.D. candidate
The first year of my masters program was my favorite because not
only did I meet people from all over the world, but I found the work
very challenging. That level of rigor helped make me a better student.

Brian Snyder,
Eng. Undeclared freshman
I would imagine that grad school is the best time in school because
you have found what you want to do and you dont have to take any
general education classes.
