			Anne Sophie Ducottet, IEOR grad student I became an engineer because I was interested in science, and my dad was an engineer. Also, when I played with toys as little kid I was always trying to invent things.
			David Tran, BioE grad student Part of my reason for becoming a bioengineer was that I wanted to modify evolution so I could eradicate some disease. I want my work to help mankind.
