What makes you nervous about today’s workplace? ?

Lilya Krivulina,
EECS senior
I don’t know from experience but I’ve heard the most difficult part of working is the competition among peers to get ahead in their careers. There isn’t much of a team work environment.

Keith Leung,
ChemE sophomore
I don’t like sitting at a desk all day. I like getting up and doing some hands on work, but I don’t think there is enough of that in today’s workplace.

Olga Paley,
ChemE sophomore
I don’t really know what makes me nervous but I guess I’ll find out when I get there. I am nervous about the competition of finding a job in this area. There are so many qualified people.

Bryan Kin,
EECS sophomore
I’m nervous about how hard it is to get a job when the economy is in a downturn.
